As her son comforted her, she realised just how much he was like her husband, and just how much she missed Vin.
"Stay strong," said Kostya. "He'll be back soon."
Stay strong? Every time, someone said that to her. She didn't know how many times she could deal with this: Vin dying, and the fear that maybe, maybe this time he won't come back. She didn't want to be strong. She just wanted her husband with her for good.

For those that don't know, Vin is a phoenix. He dies and is reborn, and has done so for thousands of years. Ophelia's had to deal with his death a few times, but it never gets any easier for her.

awe.... that's really sad :/
to deal with death is really hard, because when someone's gone... they won't be there like they used to be when you wake up, or when you come home.
