The Maori Hei Double Twist around his neck represents the joining of two people for all eternity. Even though they experience highs and lows in life they remain bonded by friendship and loyalty forever. I searched all around NZ for one in doll size for Ketha, as a kind of gift from Kostya (as Kostya is always coming back from his trips with random little things like that for him). I thought it was appropriate seeing they've come to realise that they are phoenixes like Vin.
